WOW ~ We just had a whirlwind weekend in Fairfield, CT ~ at the exciting VIking Re-Enactment Fest at the Scandinavian Club ~ Kudos to Carol Skog and her fabulous team of volunteers ~ for the Planning and Execution of this amazing event. As a vendor, we were happy with the turnout ~ we were happy to see old friends and aquaintances ~ while building relationships with new customers and making new friends. We also converted "a few" Swedes to embrace the Norwegian tradition of Norwegian "vafler" with Sour Cream and Strawberry Jam ~ LOL ~ although we ensured we were geared up with Whipped Cream today for the "non-converts". It was a lot of fun! For those who missed, we do ship nationwide each day ~ as well as local delivery in the Hartford area. We will be at the Holiday Fair at the Sons of Norway Hartford Lodge in November ~ and at the Holiday Fair in December at the Scandinavian Club. Dates and Times will be Announced ~ and look for more events to be added.
